Mr. SanMartin had a very difficult time since he was enrolled in the incorrect Medicare Adv. plan by a Call Center which is never a good thing to do because as was his experience, the agent who enrolled him NEVER again answered his phone calls when he was in trouble. Mr. San Martin called me and I was able to look carefully at several plans with him and found one that did in fact have all of his doctors.
